Creation Station Blog Hop - Garden Inspiration

Thanks for hopping on by today! Aren't blog hops just plain fun? Love em'! You just never know where you are going to find an idea that sparks your creativity! For this round, our options were:

1) Use Flower Patch stamp set (with or without their coordinating framelits)
2) Garden themed projects
3) Highlight the use of our NEW Decorative Masks

Choices. Choices. I thought I would highlight garden themed projects and for a fun twist, ONLY use the Flower Patch Framelits! Yep, that's how I roll sometimes -always trying to think outside the box a little bit.

For my first project I decided upon a more clean and simple card. When I think of a flower garden, I immediately envision a field of sunflowers that stretch as far as the eye can I see. Hence these little cuties were created; using three of the Flower Patch Framelits. Can you tell which ones? Quick and easy to make these little gems. Wouldn't a bundle of them tied together with envelopes make a wonderful gift for a friend?

Well, then my wheels REALLY got to turning. In my mind, I was thinking - garden, garden, garden. Hmmmm....what other gardens are there? Then it struck me like lightning - a vegetable garden!

And by vegetables, I meant carrots. Lots and lots of carrots! A whole wooden crate full of them! Aren't they stinkin' cute? It only took two Flower Patch Framelits to make these guys. Can you guess with ones? I must admit, I was giggling the entire time I was making this card. I was proud of myself for REALLY thinking outside the box on this one. I LOVE the versatility of our framelits. See, they just aren't for flowers. They can be for carrots too! LOL

I hope you enjoyed my garden inspired "framelit" creations today! Depending on where you started on this blog hop, you can go back and revisit my other gal pal, Jennifer's creativity or you can hop along to see what awesomeness Deborah has to share with you today! Happy Stamping!
