Color Challenge 14

Couldn't help but play along with the Color Challenge over at www.createwithconnieandmary.com today. These colors were speaking to me! I didn't even have to think about what stamp set to use; the new Yee-Haw Photopolymer set came immediately to mind!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this new set! We used it this past week at my Stamp Club gathering on a super cute 3D item. The circled star stamped in all three colors makes for a quick and easy background. The stamped barbed wire on the side adds visual interest. Yes, I "fussy cut" the lasso out and popped it up with dimensionals. Honestly, it's not that terrible to cut out. The two arrows were a little more tedious to do, but still not that bad. Figured I would top it off with a die cut Glimmer Paper star to give it a burst of bling! I don't know about you, but I could see this intended for a boy or girl. Love gender neutral cards! Remember to challenge yourself with your papercrafting projects from time to time. It helps to get the creative juices flowing! Happy Stamping!
