Sketch Challenge 10

Happy Tuesday! I hope you enjoyed your three day weekend like I did. I was happy to have my little one home from school those three days, even though he still woke up just as early as if he had school, I enjoyed just having time with him throughout the days. I wanted to create a card for a sweet and funny gal in my downline who is celebrating her 4 year anniversary as a demonstrator. Woo Hoo Lisa!! I decided to use this sketch challenge over at Create With Connie and Mary as the jumping off point.

When I saw the scattered shapes I knew I wanted to use the little spider from the new Howl-O-Ween stamp set. They too, wanted to send congratulations to Lisa on her stamping anniversary. I used the "Woo-Hoo" stamp from the Bravo set and created a tone on tone feel with Crumb Cake ink and card stock. Using Gold Glimmer paper and the Confetti Stars Punch, I added bling to my witch's hat and a few of the spiders. Gotta add glitz for Lisa after all! *smiles* Happy Stamping!

  1. What a fun card to celebrate an SU anniversary - love those spiders and I'm sure Lisa will too. The stamped background to your card is really effective and a lovely way to reinforce your sentiment. Thanks for joining us over at Create With Connie and Mary this week!
