One Tree Hill

Happy Thursday my stamping peeps! It's been a pretty busy week here. I seriously thought I would have more time to accomplish things when Jack went back to school, but it's been three weeks already and I seem to have even less! How does that happen?!? I'm gearing up for a couple big stamping events, so I've been gravitating using more of the wonderful new things in the holiday catalog. I am in LOVE with so many things!

This week's sketch challenge at Create with Connie and Mary lent itself nicely to a spooky Halloween card. The Halloween Scenes Edgelits Dies are great on their own or with the coordinating set, Spooky Fun. I chose to use both, but focused more on the dies. Colors I  used were Basic Grey, Rich Razzleberry, Crushed Curry, Basic Black and Sahara Sand. We'd love for you to share your creativity with us! What does this sketch say to you? Happy Stamping!

  4. I'm glad it's not just me Jennifer - my late blog visit is due to the fact that both my children started new schools the week before last, and my single 10 minute each way journey has turned into two 2 hour round trips and it has taken me at least a week to even begin to catch up!!! Love this card - the yellow sky is gorgeous and I love those bats - they really stand out. A great take on the sketch!
