Halloween Chaos in Progress

I am working on trying to tie up some loose ends with the fast approaching Halloween holiday. I have to finish Jack's costume. I have to figure out my menu for our annual Halloween party we do with the family. I have to package up a couple of Halloween care packages and send them across the country for some very special people. I have to take Jack's picture in his costume (after I finish it) and get photo cards made up and send them to the other half of the family we don't get to see as often as we'd like. (This too, is an annual tradition I do.) I have to finish my Halloween shopping. Jack has also asked that instead of just attending the church's Trunk-or-Treat, that we participate too. So......I have a trunk to decorate. He has already picked the theme so I just have to make the decorations! Yes, Halloween is a very BUSY time for us here! And did I mention, going trick-or-treating too? Next weekend will be a whole whirlwind of activities. In honor of that, I made this week's sketch challenge all about Halloween.

I started with the large circle in the sketch and decided that would make a great moon. From there, I went with a little more of a "loose interpretation" of the sketch and decided on a spooky haunted house scene using the the Home Sweet Home thinlet dies. The house is obvious, but the grass is actually the row of shingles turned upside down and the tombstones are the rounded door option in that set. The greeting is from another great set, Spooky Cat. The Black Rhinestones were screaming to be used. I am thrilled we have them in the holiday catalog this year! Thanks for stopping by today. I'm off to work on my "Halloween To Do List"! Happy Stamping!
