Elegant Floral

I guess this week's card should come with a slight "stamper's warning". At the time I made this card, I didn't have the new Mango Melody color yet so I substituted Grapefruit Grove for it instead. So if the colors on my card look a little off from the color choices above, it's because they are!

But this still is a great color combination, don't you think? I decided to look at the sets I hadn't inked up in a while and choose one to use, Beautiful Bouquet won! Isn't this bouquet gorgeous? The stems and leaves are stamped directly on the Whisper White piece of card stock. All the flowers are stamped and then die cut with the coordinating Bouquet Bunch framelits. Some are adhered flat and some are popped up on dimensionals. The vase is actually an upside balloon using the Balloon Bouquet punch and then snipped off straight. I thought the white on white background seemed elegant, especially since the one layer is textured with the new Tufted Dynamic Embossing Folder.

Here's a peek of the inside. Like the front, the leaves are directly stamped on and the flowers are die cut then adhered. Such an overall simple, but elegant card. Love it! Happy stamping my friends!
