Hello my stamping friends! I spent the morning at a local craft show perusing all the creative talent and ideas people have. I ended up not getting anything, but my sister-in-law got some boxes checked off her list. How about you, do you enjoy a good craft show? This month's blog hop is featuring your favorite stamp set. While this changes for me every few weeks (What can I say, we sell a lot of great stamps!), right now my choice is Snow Front.
The weather has turned cold outside so a wintry scene was calling my name. I stamped the cabin and deer in Black Memento ink first and then using Balmy Blue ink, stamped the pond. After that, I used Mossy Meadow and Old Olive ink and randomly stamped the different trees in that set to make this hillside scene. I used a couple different Stampin' Blends to add color to the cabin and sky. Our new Snowfall Accents Puff Paint and my heat gun helped to create the actual little snow drifts. It's a little hard to tell, but I added Wink of Stella all over card stock. I paired this set with the fabulous Greatest Part of Christmas hostess set and Real Red ink. I hope you continue along to see the wonderful creativity of Mo Rootes who is across the pond. Have a fabulous and blessed Thanksgiving holiday my friends!

Hope you had a Happy Halloween everyone! We had a houseful for our annual Halloween party. Fun was had by all! This month's blog hop is one for the girls. I have a couple of friends who have highlighted and/or died their hair with purple so they were my inspiration for this month's project. *smiles*
I had some fun with the Over The Moon stamp set and created my own herd with a little bit of masking. To give these girls some color, I used Stampin' Blends in Crumb Cake, Flirty Flamingo and Highland Heather. I used the Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker and drew the sunglasses on freehand. The words are also from this set along with the Free As A Bird set, and popped up on a cute layered tag. I am truly thankful for all the girlfriends in my life, purple hair or not! *wink wink* I hope you'll continue along to see what Mikaela's creativity brewed up this month. Happy Stamping!
